Why is it a 6-week plan?
6 weeks is long enough to lose a significant amount of weight, learn new habits and strategies to keep the weight off for good.
Is it a carbohydrate-free plan?
It’s a low carbohydrate eating plan. We get our carbohydrates from alternative sources, such as vegetables and beans, etc.
How much weight will I lose?
The average loss is 19 pounds in 6 weeks. However, this is dependent on how much weight you have to lose and how well you follow the programme.
How does this differ from other weight loss programmes?
The key is in the daily, personalised support. I am in touch with you seven days a week, several times a day.
Is it a meal replacement plan?
No. It is all about eating healthy, normal food. Real food, for real people.
What happens afterwards?
This is a sustainable, healthy eating plan. Due to the length of the programme, most clients are able to be independent and confident in their ability to make healthy choices. I also offer a sustain programme for clients that like extra continued support. I am also still in contact with a number of my old clients. I love hearing about your progress!
How will I cope when I’m eating out?
I provide round-the-clock support. I give guidance about healthy choices and options when you are out and about. All of my clients can enjoy socialising throughout the programme.
Is it easy to follow?
Yes. I supply comprehensive recipes and a robust framework for you to follow.
How much planning and preparation is required?
I do recommend some preparation and planning, which I will support you with. For example, making food in advance to ensure you are ready for the week ahead. But there are also lots of quick and easy options that fit well with a busy lifestyle.
